What counts as a minute?
A minute is 60 seconds of active voice call time. Web chat, SMS, and email messages are billed per message, not per minute.
Can I use my own telephony provider?
Yes. You can bring your own Twilio, Vonage, or Telnyx account, or use Voisnap's pooled telephony with per-country rates.
How does agency billing work?
You pay Voisnap the wholesale rate. You charge your clients at a markup you set. In Mode 2 (Platform Billed), Voisnap collects from your clients and settles the net to you monthly.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes — Agency and Agency Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What happens if I exceed my minute allowance?
Overage is billed at the per-minute rate for your plan. You can set usage alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of your limit.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — paying annually saves 15% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed upfront.
